Engineers first. Everything else follows.
Techvetron was built by people who got tired of watching IT vendors sell transformations they couldn't operate. So we built the opposite kind of company.
Keep the infrastructure boring, then make the business faster.
Our mission is to ensure the seamless operation of your IT infrastructure through proactive maintenance, rapid support and strategic management — preventing issues before they impact your business.
Every engagement we take on has to answer two questions: is the estate more resilient than it was, and is the team spending less time on work a machine could do? If we can't answer both, we haven't finished.
Four principles we don't negotiate on.
Document or it didn't happen
Every change, every topology, every credential rotation and every incident gets written down. If we vanished tomorrow, your next provider would inherit a working environment — not a mystery.
Security is not a line item
It's a design constraint from the first whiteboard. We'd rather scope a smaller project that's properly hardened than ship something impressive that leaks.
Automate the second time
The first time we do something manually is fine. The second time it becomes a script. The third time it becomes a workflow nobody has to think about again.
One engineer owns your ticket
No first-line script reader, no ticket ping-pong between shifts. Whoever picks it up owns it until it's resolved and the postmortem is written.
Inside the estate
We're comfortable in the hot aisle. Most of our recommendations come from watching how a system behaves under real load, not from a datasheet.
Automation as a habit
Every engineer here writes code, not just runbooks. If a task repeats, it becomes a script — and then it becomes a workflow nobody thinks about.
Small enough to care. Senior enough to deliver.
We keep the delivery team deliberately senior. Nobody learns on your production environment — the person who designs your network is the person who supports it.
Founder & CEO
Sets technical direction and owns client strategy. Still reviews architecture on every enterprise engagement personally.
Head of Security Operations
Runs the SOC, the VAPT practice and incident response. Owns the escalation path you'll never have to guess at.
Head of Applied AI
Leads model engineering and workflow automation. Accountable for the evaluation harness behind every AI system we ship.
PAN-India delivery. On-site when it matters.
Remote support handles most things faster than a van ever could. But when hardware fails, someone has to be in the building — so we keep engineers in eight cities.

Anywhere your team works
We're hiring engineers who like owning things.
If you'd rather be handed a problem than a ticket queue, we should talk. Two roles open right now — both remote-friendly, both senior.
